Inclusions: All makeup services include the application of a single set of false lashes.

Booking Fee:  non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required for all appointments. This deposit secures all makeup bookings, 1-on-1 lessons, masterclasses, and the 3-Day Intensive Professional Makeup Course. Your appointment is only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

Rescheduling Due to Illness: In the unlikely event that Sherree becomes unwell or unable to attend, all appointments, lessons, and course dates will be rescheduled to the next available date. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Trials: Makeup trials are available in-studio between Monday–Friday for an additional fee, charged at the full glam makeup session rate. 

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Late Arrivals: Arriving 10 minutes or more late to your appointment will result in immediate cancellation, and your payment will not be refunded. Each appointment requires the full allocated time for a professional application. As bookings are scheduled back to back, they cannot run overtime. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Photos & Social Media: Photos may be taken before and after your makeup application and may be used for marketing purposes on Sherree’s social media platforms and website. By attending your appointment, you consent to this unless stated otherwise in writing before hand.

Health & Hygiene: Clients are requested to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Sherree adheres to strict hygiene practices, and all tools are cleaned and sanitized between each client.

Client Cancellations & Illness: If a client is unwell and unable to attend their appointment, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

Allergies & Medical Conditions: It is the client’s responsibility to inform Sherree of any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the use of makeup products. Sherree is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications resulting from the client’s failure to disclose relevant information.

Refusal of Service: Sherree reserves the right to refuse service to any client or member of a bridal party displaying signs of infectious conditions, or who engages in inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behaviour. If service is refused, the booking fee will not be refunded.

Change of Booking Details: Any changes to booking time, location, or number of services must be communicated in advance. Additional services on the day will be subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Final Touch-Ups: Once the makeup application has been completed and approved by the client, Sherree is not responsible for any changes caused by external factors such as weather, tears, eating/drinking, or natural skin behavior.

Travel & Additional Fees (if applicable): Travel fees apply for mobile/on-location bookings and will be quoted at the time of enquiry. Clients are responsible for covering any parking fees, tolls, or travel related expenses.

Bridal Trial Disclaimer: While every effort will be made to replicate the trial look, results may vary slightly on the wedding day due to changes in skin, lighting, or environmental conditions.

Force Majeure: Sherree will not be held liable for cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond her control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, extreme weather, or government restrictions). In such cases, appointments will be rescheduled. No refunds.

Agreement to Terms: By paying the booking fee, the client agrees to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
